Alliance Legal Staffing is always seeking qualified candidates at all levels, from partners to senior and junior level associates to paralegals and support staff. Because we never know what type of expertise our clients may request in the future, we take time to meet with all qualified applicants to determine your skills, abilities and other characteristics with the knowledge that they will match up with the needs of our clients at some point – if not immediately.
At Alliance, we value our candidates.
You are an integral part of our success. You and your needs matter to us. We want to know you and your goals so that we can represent you as an advocate. Although we cannot always guarantee you assignments, we can guarantee that we will use our diligent efforts to showcase your abilities and talents. We offer guidance and honest feedback to help you further your pursuits.
The first step is to submit your resume in Microsoft WORD format to:
We will then set up a personal meeting with Shannan Humphries, Alliance’s founder and owner. Please bring with you a hard copy of your resume, your driver’s license and social security card and all reference information. After filling out a bit of paperwork, we’ll talk!
Prior to being sent on assignment and with your permission, your references will be checked, a criminal background check will be performed and your employment and educational history will be verified.
Upon acceptance of an assignment, you will fill out your I-9 and W-4 and receive your new employee packet which will contain your timecards, direct deposit information and employee benefits.
Please rest assured that we will never submit your resume anywhere without your approval first. Your comfort with this process is of the utmost importance to us.
